Your registration as an SingleVista user indicates your agreement to these terms and conditions. Please familiarize yourself with these details, as SingleVista reserves the right to terminate or suspend access to our website and services, without notice, to any user who violates these terms and conditions.

In registering as an SingleVista user, you agree to the following:

  • You hereby declare that you are at least 18 years of age as of the date of your registration, and that all statements and contents in your Personal Profile, including your email address, are true and accurate to the best of your knowledge;
  • You hereby declare that you are unmarried (single, widowed, or divorced) or legally separated;
  • SingleVista reserves the right to edit, delete, or refuse to post any profiles, photographs, or other materials containing identifying information (including but not limited to telephone numbers, pager numbers, street addresses, last names, email addresses, and website addresses), or that are judged by SingleVista to be inappropriate or offensive;
  • You are solely responsible for any and all information, photographs, and other materials that you submit to SingleVista and/or that are posted on the SingleVista website on your behalf, as well as for all communications in which you engage with other SingleVista users. SingleVista takes no responsibility for any use made of any personal information that you disclose on the SingleVista website or in your communications with other SingleVista users;
  • SingleVista reserves the right to monitor any disputes that might arise between you and other SingleVista users;
  • You will not post on SingleVista's website or in any way make use of SingleVista services to transmit materials or images that are sexually offensive or explicit or otherwise inappropriately suggestive, nor any materials or images that are derogatory, defamatory, abusive, inaccurate, disrespectful, threatening, racially or ethnically offensive, or illegal, or that infringe or violate the rights of any other parties (including but not limited to rights of privacy and publicity as well as intellectual property rights);
  • You will not allow any other person to impersonate you nor to interact with others on SingleVista's website while using your log-on identity. No persons other than you may use your membership and your membership may not be transferred nor assigned to any other person or entity;
  • You will not impersonate any other person or entity in your activities on SingleVista's website. Any and all of your activities on SingleVista's website will be conducted using your own log-on identity;
  • You will not undertake any advertising, solicitation to commercial activities, or financial or barter transactions on SingleVista;
  • You will not reproduce or in any way distribute SingleVista's copyrighted materials, trademarks, or other proprietary materials without obtaining prior express written consent from SingleVista;
  • SingleVista reserves the right to make changes in these terms and conditions as deemed necessary. You will be notified by email of any and all such changes, using the email address you list on your registration page. It is your responsibility to keep this registration information up to date;
  • SingleVista accepts no liability for any damages resulting from the use of its services. SingleVista also accepts no liability for any acts of its members and users;
  • By clicking on "I accept" button, you indicate your understanding and unconditional acceptance of these terms and conditions.
